Ignite is a performance marketing agency based in Charleston, South Carolina. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and who else sees it. It covers digital-ignite.com only — not the separate systems we use to run client campaigns.

For any question about this policy, or about information we hold on you, email info@digital-ignite.com.
What we collect, and why
When you fill in our form. The audit request form asks for three things: your name, your work email, and your company. We use them to reply to you and to prepare for that conversation. We do not use them for anything else, and we do not add you to a mailing list. There is no newsletter to be subscribed to.
When you simply visit. Like most websites, this one collects some information automatically through analytics: which pages you viewed, roughly where in the world you are, what browser and device you used, and how you arrived. We use it to understand which pages are useful and which are not.
We do not ask for, and have no use for, anything sensitive — no payment details, no government identifiers, no health information.
Where that information goes
Your form submission is emailed to our team. A copy is also stored in this website’s administration area, so that a message is never lost to an email failure.
Analytics data goes to Google, through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Google processes it on our behalf and under its own privacy terms. The event we record when a form is submitted deliberately carries no personal information — not your name, your email, or your company.
Our typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which means your IP address reaches Google each time a page loads.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. The only third parties who see any of it are the service providers named above, working for us.
Cookies
This site sets cookies for three purposes:
- Analytics — Google Analytics cookies, which recognize returning visitors and measure how the site is used.
- Consent — a cookie recording your own cookie choices, so that we do not ask again on every page.
- Administration — WordPress session cookies, which only exist for logged-in staff.
You can change your choices at any time using the Consent Preferences control on this site, or block and delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them; only the analytics stop.
How long we keep things
Form submissions live in our email, and in the website’s administration area, until we no longer need them for the conversation you started.
Analytics data is retained according to the settings on our Google Analytics account.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@digital-ignite.com and we will respond.
You can change your cookie choices at any time through the Consent Preferences control, and use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link if you would rather we did not share information with our analytics providers.
To opt out of analytics entirely, you can also use Google’s browser opt-out add-on, or block cookies as described above.
Children
This site is for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Other websites
Some pages on this site embed tools hosted elsewhere for specific client projects. Those pages are covered by the privacy terms of whoever operates them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
